Complex Wound Care
Designed for patients recovering from serious wound complications or extensive surgery, our Wound Care Program offers individualized wound care as well as comprehensive wound management. This includes development of a care plan by the interdisciplinary team that addresses nursing, dietary and rehabilitation treatment regimes. Our goals are to focus on health maintenance, to prevent complications, and to provide cost-effective access to quality care and state-of-the-art treatment.
Outpatient Services
Our outpatient services include physical, occupational and speech therapy. Patients benefit from the collaborative effort of a team of highly skilled professional clinicians. We treat a variety of patient conditions including, but not limited to orthopedic, neurological, degenerative and communication disorders. Through exercises, evaluation and treatment, we strive to help you reach your personal goals with an individualized program of care developed in consultation with your physician. We can arrange a schedule to meet your needs, and our primary objective is outcome-oriented therapy.
